In 2017, I published my first eBook “Canadian? Me? – Celebrating Life in this Land Together”.
It was my attempt to say “Yes, I am Canadian” and so are all kinds of other people regardless of their previous ethnicity, family or personal history, when they came or how they got here.
I thought it would be fun to organize my ideas about this by developing a calendar of regular throughout-the-year celebration times.
To my mind, what defines Canadian is being here and wanting to stay, despite the often long winters and all the differences to be found in such a large and diverse land.
